Training and Workshop about MALA GPR GX
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] We had a training and workshop about MALA GPR GX with Muhamad Afiq Saharudin, Application Engineer GuidelineGeo at Pertamina University. During this session, he shared how to operate MALA GPR GX, new technology in MALA GPR and processing data. Heribertus Hario Wicahyo, a representative from PT Exact, gave the opening speech. He told that MALA GPR was a world-class GPR manufacturer and the most experience GPR manufacturer with 70 years of experience. Also, he told that GPR was one of the geophysical methods that support other geophysical methods. So, if you want to know better information about advanced exploration subsurface, you have to conduct other geophysical methods for instance resistivity or seismic methods. The lecturers from Pertamina University also gave some presentations and sharing knowledge about their studies using MALA GPR. PT Exact Global Teknologi plans to conduct the next training about resistivity method and seismic with ABEM instrument. Arry Manaf and Heribertus Hario W, Founder and Co-founder PT Exact, gave a presentation about the company and how to operate the instrument. The Field camp held on 8th – 13th April 2019 in Kabupaten Bogor Area. During this field camp, UP’s Students aimed to match geophysical skills that they have learned in college with real geological/geophysical condition. Exact as the sole agent and official distributor of geophysical equipment for Geobits and Guideline Geo with the brands ABEM and MALA, participated in the annual Geophysical Association of Indonesia Scientific Meeting (PIT HAGI) in Semarang. The event took place on September 25 – 27, 2018 at Harris Hotel Semarang. This event is the largest annual event for scientists and industry in the field of Geophysics. The products we introduce in this event include Seismic Instruments from GEOBIT, Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR) from MALA and IP-Resistivity meters, Seismic Seismograph and Transient Electromagnetic from ABEM.

In October 2017, Exact signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with GEObit Instrument Ltd. GEObit is a greek company starts at the early 2000’s as instrument designers and field support for geophysical companies. GEObit has designed and manufactured several types of seismic monitoring instruments, focusing in low cost, easy of use, very low power consumption and high reliability. GEObit provides instruments for geophysical and seismological survey with portable, low power and low cost, such as 32bit seismic digitizers & recorders, wide-band seismic sensors and processing software, for exploration geophysics and seismology.
